Entrepreneurship is the backbone of our economy, but despite a robust culture of entrepreneurial spirit, we fundamentally lack the true support required to help small businesses start and grow. And when entrepreneurs fail to thrive, so do their communities.

Today, only 1 in 4 businesses is owned by a woman or person of color. It’s imperative that we create real, tangible pathways to increasing access to entrepreneurship.

What does better access look like?
Only 1% of all businesses will ever raise venture capital. So what happens to the other 99%? We can’t overhaul the banking system or convince the government to offer basic income for entrepreneurs (yet), but maybe, just maybe, we can create a new little system that starts to do it on our own.
Our Goals:
Make it more affordable to get early & truly comprehensive support so more entrepreneurs see a pathway to starting.
Offer a pathway to “bankable”, so when they’re ready, our entrepreneurs are qualified for a fruitful banking relationship that will take them to where they need to be.
Make it REALLY easy to connect and collaborate formally with fellow businesses. Collaboration & partnerships are the core of a successful ecosystem.
