Melissa is the founder of Humanity Inc. and creator of the Collaborative Entrepreneurship Incubator. Based in Rochester, she brings over a decade of experience helping impact-driven entrepreneurs find clarity, align with their values, and build ventures rooted in shared leadership. Melissa leads the strategic vision and ecosystem design for the Incubator, and is passionate about unlocking new models of growth that are equitable, relational, and resilient.

CO-FOUNDER / BUSINESS ALIGNMENT COACH
Kristen is a Buffalo-based life and business coach who helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs grow businesses rooted in alignment and collaboration. With a background in integrative health and transformational coaching, she co-leads the Collaborative Entrepreneurship Incubator, designing programs that support founders in building with intention, self-awareness, and shared leadership. Her work ensures the Incubator remains a grounded, human-centered space for innovation and co-creation. -

Tracy Borreson is all about authenticity. With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, and sales, and runs TLB Coaching & Events. Tracy has built a reputation for her ability to connect people and brands with solutions that match THEM; with enthusiasm, passion and clarity.
