What do you think when someone tells you that you need to take care of yourself or take time for yourself? For most of us, it’s a chuckle, a sigh, or even an eye roll. Nice in theory, rare in practice...especially as mothers and entrepreneurs. The last thing we need is something MORE on our endless checklist of things to do before we finally crash for the night.
